Ignite your mind, body & soul on this transformative

retreat for men and women in the luscious tropics of Costa Rica!

Day 1: Sunday, March 23, 2025 arrival, mix and mingle, explore the lush property & welcome dinner

Prepare to be wowed when you step foot onto the incredibly lush property of Casa Firefly, a boutique retreat facility located in Cahuita which is located on the Carribean coast of Costa Rica. This side of the country is uniquely rich with culture and animals that you won't see on the Pacific side of the island. After getting settled into your guest suite, you may choose to relax on the hammock with a cool beverage or explore the property which is home to an assortment of wildlife including exotic birds, sloths and monkeys! We'll do our first 45-minute Barre HIIT movement session late afternoon to loosen up after a long travel. You'll then meet and mingle with your new friends before enjoying a welcome meal.

Day 2: Monday, March 24, 2025 Fuego Latino Barre Burn, Ignite Your Inner Fire Workshop, and Beach Barre

We will start the day off with Fuego Latino Barre Burn led by our passionate Certified Barre instructor, Taylor Silva before enjoying a nutricious breakfast. Then spend some well-earned down time relaxing by the pool, reading on the hammock, or taking a 2-minute walk to the beach. After lunch, prepare to ignite your inner fire with Dr. Donna Aucoin as she guides you through an experiential process that involvles sparking joy in areas of your life that need some inspiration. We'll end the day with Beach Barre and a wonderful dinner.

Day 3: Tuesday March 25, 2025 Core Fire Abs and Bribri Tour

Taylor will guide us in sculpting our abs with her Core Fire Abs routine before we have breakfast and then head out to a Bribri reserve. We'll meet an indigenous family, learn about their medicinal plants and how to make cacao. After diving into this cultural experience, we'll take a ride to a beautiful waterful set within the mountains where you can dive in for a relaxing swim. After dinner, simmer down with a relaxing yoga flow let by retreat facility owner and licensed yoga instructor, Stacy Sinclair.

Day 4: Wednesday March 26, 2025 Barre Booty Burn, Cacao Ceremony and Inferno Artistry Workshop

We will start the day off with sculpting our glutes with Barre Booty Burn led by Taylor. After breakfast, we will indulge in a Cacao Ceremony. Cacao contains an abundance of theobromine that stimulates the cardiovascular system and can give you the feeling of a warm and uplifting hum. This may be just what we need to ignite your artistic passion within the Infero Artisty workshop led by Dr. Donna Aucoin. After artistic play, enjoy some free time by the pool or take a stroll on the beach before dinner.

Day 5, Thursday March 27, 2025 Partner Barre, Sparks of Change Workshop

After a restful night of sleep, get the day going with Partner Barre led by Taylor. Then it's off to breakfast before departing for the Cahuita National Park hiking tour. After exploring the breath-taking scenery this jewel has to offer, we will have lunch on your own in Cahuita before returning to Casa Firefly where you can enjoy time on your own relaxing in a hammock or book an optional excursion* (horse back riding, learning to surf, massge). After dinner, we will come together for a relaxing candle-lit art-therapy class

Day 6 , Friday March 28, 2025 Throwbacks Barre Fire, Embracing Fuego Workshop

Get up and get inspired with Taylor as she leads us through a flaming hot barre routine that includes your favorite throwbacks! Enjoy breakfast before the Embracing Fuego Workshop where you continue to set the stage for what's to come in your red hot life! Enjoy some free time in the afternoon before a celebratory Beach x Beer Barre class and a cozy farewell dinner.

Day 7, Saturday March 29, 2025 Breakfast, Departure and Farewell

Energize yourself with a mornign Fuego Latino Core Burn class before enjoying a nutritious breakfast. Late morning, you'll be departing to the Limon Airport (or continuing your adventures elsewhere in Costa Rica!) and saying farewell to your new Fuego Friends.
